Hard work but with that it’s very rewarding, I take a lot of pride in knowing that I played my part in producing such a high-quality, sought-after machine.
Before I joined Bateman I was:
I worked for an aerospace company for twelve years, starting in the machine shop and then spent my last five years assembling small mechanical parts.
If I have time to myself I enjoy:
Spending time with my wife and three children, gaming and flying my drone when I get chance!
The best advice I have ever been given is:
Treat everything you do as if it’s your own, the pride you take will shine through.
