Before I joined Bateman I was:
I was an engineer, working on all types of farm machinery. I joined Bateman 20 years ago as a service engineer, before becoming a foreman in 2019.
If I have time to myself I enjoy:
Spending time with my family and restoring old farm machinery.
The best advice I have ever been given is:
’Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see’.
