LAMMA 25 Review

It was a pleasure to see so many familiar faces and to meet new people keen to know more about Bateman during 2 hectic days at LAMMA 25.

Nine members of our sales and technical support teams were on hand to answer questions and discuss the key features and benefits of our products. We displayed our latest RB55 and RB35 models, each fitted with auto-section control and our E-Drive transmission.

Cost of ownership is not a new topic. However, driven by the soaring costs of farm inputs and the need to increase the number of ‘spraying windows’, many conversations pointed towards a need for even greater efficiencies. We look forward continuing these discussions in the field over the coming months.

Bateman Technical Sales Manager South Carl Goff summed up: “In some ways LAMMA defines the year. Before the doors opened we weren’t sure what to expect. However, the number of people who visited  the stand during day 1 was incredible, it was a far more positive atmosphere than we had initially expected.

“We believe we have developed a range of self-propelled crop sprayers which offer the best possible ownership experience to UK Growers and Contractors. The number of enquiries taken during both days from existing, returning and potentially new customers to Bateman, only goes to reinforce this belief.”
