Foreman, Hydraulics Bay, leading the team on chassis building.

A typical day for me at Bateman involves:

Ensuring we have everything we need, working with our production plan to ensure a smooth building process.

The most enjoyable aspect of my current role is:

Working with a great team of people.

I would say life at Bateman is:

Busy and challenging but enjoyable.

Before I joined Bateman I was:

An Agricultural Engineer.

If I have time to myself I enjoy:

Watching Exeter Chiefs and playing golf.

The best advice I have ever been given is:

You are only as good as your previous day!
