A typical day for me involves ensuring that the production process is operating efficiently to meet target delivery dates.

Seeing the team working proficiently producing a product that we are all very proud of.

I would say life at Bateman is:

Never dull – after working there since leaving school in 1997 no two days are the same. We build a top quality machine and try to meet our customers demands.

Before I joined Bateman I was:

I started at Bateman while I was at school on Saturdays and then became full time once I had left school.

If I have time to myself I enjoy:

I enjoy countryside pursuits. Family walks with our labs. Watching our children ride and compete their ponies.

The best advice I have ever been given is:

An hour in the morning is worth two in the evening.
