Another new Bateman rises in the east

East Yorkshire business Huddlestone Produce have recently taken delivery of a new RB35. Spraying duties had previously been carried out by an RB16. Stephen Huddlestone explains why only Bateman will do…

“We farm swedes, wheat and barley. Spraying these crops is a matter of going out when you need to go, without having to worry about the sprayer.

“Buying a new RB16 in 2004 was an excellent decision for our business. The machine performed very well, it was reliable, parts were reasonably priced and the service from Bateman exceptional.

“Our intention is to expand the business, therefore increasing from 3,000 to 4,000 litres was an important consideration for our next sprayer. We’ve just taken delivery of a Bateman RB35 4,000 litre sprayer. I have to say that a Bateman is one of the very few things you buy and just know you’ll be happy that you did.”
