My role at Bateman is:

I’m part of the office-based service support team.

A typical day for me at Bateman involves:

Dealing with orders for parts, booking machine services and organising visits by service engineers.

The most enjoyable aspect of my current role is:

Solving a problem for a customer over the phone and getting them back out spraying.

I would say life at Bateman is:

Varied, no two days are the same, there’s always something that crops up which you haven’t seen before.

Before I joined Bateman I was:

A mechanic and worked on cars and trucks.

If I have time to myself I enjoy:

Nothing in particular just chilling out really.

The best advice I have ever been given is:

That’s a tricky one, I’ve certainly been given some bad advice in the past. I suppose I would say by all means listen to advice but follow your gut.
