My role at Bateman is:

Product Leader – Fabrication of the Bateman Sprayer.

A typical day for me at Bateman involves:

Allocating work to our welding team and quality checking the work we produce.

The most enjoyable aspect of my current role is:

Seeing the high standard of the end product that we make.

I would say life at Bateman is:

A varied one – I have a large team of welders and it keeps me on my toes.

Before I joined Bateman I was:

At school! I’ve been here over 30 years now.

If I have time to myself I enjoy:

Getting out for a ride on my motorbike.

The best advice I have ever been given is:

Tackle everything you do to the best of your ability.
