But when you need extra help, Team Bateman are always ready. A phone call to our office puts you straight in touch with crop sprayer specialists who know your Bateman inside out.
In most cases, we can get you back up and running without the need for a service visit. If on-site support is needed, our dedicated team of Bateman Service Engineers and Approved Partners covers the whole of the UK and Ireland, ensuring fast, expert assistance wherever you farm.
Comprehensive parts support – past and present
One of the most valued features of Bateman ownership is our extensive parts availability.
We stock an exceptional range of parts for Bateman machines from all eras, with components available for immediate dispatch.
Because most parts are fabricated and assembled onsite, we can supply what you need quickly – keeping downtime to an absolute minimum. Orders are shipped by standard post or trusted courier, with pre-9am express delivery available if required.
If your order is urgent (needed next day), please place it before 1pm. We use multiple carriers to meet your delivery needs, (n.b. we cannot guarantee times on behalf of third party couriers). For larger components we have our own in-house delivery service.
