Product Leader – Pre-Fabrication.
A typical day for me at Bateman involves:
Ensuring the pre fabrication team have work set for them, dealing with any problems and resolving them. I work closely with the other foreman and management.
I would say life at Bateman is:
Being at the start of the build process, life can sometimes be very hectic and very fast moving.
Before I joined Bateman I was:
Working at Dartington Crystal, running a glass cutting machine.
If I have time to myself I enjoy:
Spending time at home with my wife and two daughters. I am I keen darts player and love to socialise.
The best advice I have ever been given is:
I will never forget this quote – ‘adapt and overcome’.
